01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and ph952 ("ph952," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph952.net (the "Platform"). ph952 operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), the government body mandated to regulate and license all forms of gaming within the Philippines.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and use ph952, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

03 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access ph952 gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. ph952 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on ph952 at any given time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph952 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances or winnings may be voided.

3.3 Account Security

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your ph952 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ph952 does not impose a platform-level deposit fee on standard transactions; however, your bank or digital wallet provider may impose their own fees in accordance with their terms of service. The minimum deposit amount via GCash is ₱100. Minimum amounts for other payment channels are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering ("AML") and PAGCOR compliance obligations. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. ph952 aims to process withdrawal requests within the same business day, subject to verification checks and the operating hours of the relevant payment provider.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ph952 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph952 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;

06 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on ph952 are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on the ph952 platform, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

6.1 Random Number Generation and Game Integrity

ph952's electronic gaming systems use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by ph952 or any third party. The integrity of all games is maintained in accordance with PAGCOR technical standards.

6.2 Malfunction and Technical Errors

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph952. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, voiding of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

1. Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
2. Registering more than one player account;
3. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
4. Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund your account;
5. Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
6. Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
7. Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino and poker formats;
8. Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with fair play;
9. Engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider wagering in connection with sports betting markets available on ph952;
10. Harassing, abusing, or threatening ph952 staff, customer support representatives, or other players;
11. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law;
12. Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming, self-exclusion, or account restriction measure.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes as permitted under these Terms. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the ph952 Platform without prior written authorization from ph952.

10 Limitation of Liability

ph952's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit ph952's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

ph952 implements technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ph952 cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Termination and Suspension

12.1 Termination by ph952

ph952 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph952 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
• You have provided false or misleading information to ph952 at any time;
• Your account activity is associated with fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to ph952 or the broader player community;
• You are under the age of 21 or are otherwise ineligible to hold a ph952 account.

Upon termination for cause, ph952 may void any outstanding balances, bonuses, or winnings where such amounts are directly associated with a breach of these Terms, subject to applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your ph952 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification checks. Pending bonus wagering requirements, if any, will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ph952 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. In the event of a dispute between you and ph952, you are encouraged to first contact ph952's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. ph952 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support may be escalated to PAGCOR through its formal complaint and dispute resolution procedures. Players retain all rights available to them under Philippine consumer protection and gaming regulation law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the foregoing mechanisms.
